Client QC/Management

TruAssets has a 3 tier QC process on all work orders: Field QC, Internal Client Team QC, and the Accounting department. These 3 QC levels were implemented to provide TruAssets’ clients with superior work quality and accurate results. Furthermore, all staff members and the field network are required to complete several yearly training sessions. Most are done prior to the new seasons to refresh everyone of seasonal order requirements and inform them of any protocol changes or updates. We hold mandatory training when policies or procedural changes emanate from the client or industry.
